Read the new issue of the Slavic Dept. newsletter, the Lawrencian Chronicle, now under the editorship of Prof. Stephen J. Parker. The Fall 2008 issue focuses on our successful South Slavic program with a feature article on Prof. Stephen M. Dickey.

While the Slavic Department accepts applications year-round, we encourage new applicants to the KU Slavic graduate program to submit materials by 15 December 2008 for full consideration for fellowship and teaching assistant funding. For more information, click here.
